Who We Are
A Word from Apostle Laura Ottaviano
I have had the wonderful privilege of coming to the Lord at the young age of 24 and then being immediately immersed in some very powerful and rich teachings of the Word of God. I am thankful for over 30 years of discipleship from anointed pastors and teachers - both in churches and through ministry training centers - who trained me in the Word and the operation of the Spirit. I have been a teacher, an associate minister and held positions of leadership in small and large church alike, as well as recently in apostolic church planting ministry.
Many years ago, God told me He was “sending me out.” I gave Him my “Yes!” even when I could not see where I would be “sent out” as a young mother homeschooling my children. But after years of being sent into my local community through serving in church, God reminded me of that initial calling and that He was expanding me from a teacher to the next phase of that call - as a Teaching Apostle, or a sent one. The name Ottaviano means legacy. And as His Apostle I will be teaching and bringing healing and equipping to both young and old alike, passing on the LEGACY of wisdom and training and imparting spiritual gifts that I have walked in for years. I am excited to see what God accomplishes through Ottaviano Ministries as I give Him my fresh “Yes!” to this assignment.
Sharing the truths of God’s Word
Jesus said, “You shall know the truth, and the truth that you know shall set you free.” Our vision is to bring many people into greater freedom and victory through accurate and dynamic teaching of the realities of living in Christ- teaching believers who they are, what they have and what they can do, empowering them to live as ambassadors for Jesus in the earth. Teachings on faith, authority, righteousness, the Gifts of the Spirit, & more prepare believers for a life of passion for Christ and effectiveness in spreading the Kingdom of God through love and power.
Intimacy & Surrender
At the heart of all freedom and purpose is our relationship with God. Our ministry focuses on bringing saints into greater intimacy & surrender, where the true life of satisfaction & effectiveness lies-with Him. All of our workshops, healing events, emotional healing & deliverance ministry builds on the foundation of closeness with the Lord.
What We Believe
Word of God
We believe that the Bible is the inspired Word of God, written by God as the Spirit inspired men to write it. Jesus is the Word of God made flesh.
Jesus - His Life, Death, Burial & Resurrection
We believe that Jesus is the Son of God, came as a man, lived a sinless life, showed the works of the Father, then died a substitutionary death for mankind paying the price for our sins. Jesus was buried, and on the third day, rose from death and was seen by many witnesses.
Born Again
We believe that every person that believes and receives the free gift of forgiveness that Jesus’s death and resurrection make available is born anew and will share forever the new life Jesus gives.
Water Baptism
We believe that water baptism is an outward expression of the inner work of the Spirit after conversion and is in accordance with Jesus’s command to be baptised in water.
Holy Spirit Baptism
We believe that believers can receive the gift of the Holy Spirit and be baptized in the Spirit with the evidence of the gift of private tongues. We believe that this baptism opens the way for the gifts of the spirit to operate as the Spirit wills in the life of the believer, allows for greater depths of prayer, increased discernment and boldness to be a witness.
Gifts of the Spirit
We believe that the gifts of the Spirit, including healing and miracles are still in operation today as the church continues the wok of Jesus as the Body of Christ, fulfilling Jesus’ promise that the same works that I do, shall you do also, and in fulfillment of the great commission.
